Postage and Returns

Geeantees offer a full refund service for all products sold. Please note that our return policy is categorized as follows:

(1) Item faulty/not working

In the unlikely event that the item supplied is faulty or not working, we will replace the faulty item or refund the full cost of the item and return carriage. In order to qualify for a refund, you must notify us within five working days of receipt of item, detailing the nature of the problem.

(2) Item not wanted (not faulty)

In the event that you order a product and on receipt decide that you wish to return, you have 28 days to return the product to us. The original delivery cost will not be refunded, only the product cost will be refunded. Return carriage will also be at your own expense. Returned items must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition.

In either case, please contact us first before returning an item to us.
